What better way to stay game ready than to hoop!

Our 23rd All In Basketball Women’s League (AIBWL) Open Run is in session next month--on Friday night, October 15th, 2021 from 9-11PM (2 hours)! This open run will include full court 5x5 runs with music!

This is a 2-hour indoor basketball workout. We’ll be taking the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. Masks or face coverings will be required at entrance/exit, but is not required on court. No spectators allowed. Signed waiver is required before hooping. We currently have 20 spots! Ladies only, over age 18+. All skills and levels welcome.

PLEASE NOTE things to bring:
- Face mask/Face covering
- Hoop shoes
- Water
*All other equipment will be provided!

Your temperature will be taken upon your arrival. Please stay home if you’re sick!
