COACH SHEIKA

Owner and founder of All In Basketball Training (2016) and the All In Basketball Women’s League (AIBWL) 2020, Coach Sheika has proven to be one of the most sought after basketball trainers in Southern California. She has extensive coaching experience in Mumbai, India for the Jr. NBA and in Dongguan, China for the CBA (Chinese Basketball Association) Dongguan Basketball School--an NBA Training Center. She has also been involved with NBA Cares in India, a philanthropic arm of the NBA and Jr. NBA’s Her Time To Play, a national grassroots initiative developed by the NBA and WNBA to inspire girls ages 7-14 to play basketball in a positive and healthy way and coached for Kobe Bryant’s Mamba League.

Coach Sheika has spent time working alongside elite NBA trainers such as Ganon Baker, international and professional players, coaches and trainers. With over 13 years of experience, she has received praise from her clients about her expertise in player development and skills training. In the past, she has been a coach for One On One Basketball and Oxford Academy JV & Varsity Girls Basketball, a personal trainer and Basketball League Director for L.A. Fitness in Irvine, Cerritos and Long Beach and the KABA Hoops Director of Girls Basketball. Additionally, she currently is the Youth Development Basketball Trainer for a local nonprofit organization, The 3x3 Basketball League based in Irvine. Coach Sheika has launched the All In Basketball Women’s League (AIBWL) in 2020 for Orange County and is currently working on the All In Basketball Academy for Girls for the community.

She has trained hoopers and basketball coaches from all over the world with various skills, levels and ages from as young as 3 to 50 years old. Coach Sheika is a certified coach by USA Basketball, concussion certified and CPR/AED and First Aid Emergency certified. Today, she continues to update and improve her training methods by attending annual coaching clinics such as the Nike Championship Coaches Clinic in Las Vegas, the USA Basketball Coaches Academy, the I'm Possible National Coaches Conference, Hoops Mastery, the Jr. NBA live webinars and PGC's Point Guard College.

Coach Sheika has collaborated with other local organizations and non-profits to give back to our community such as Casa Youth Shelter, Hashtag Lunchbag OC and LA, Hardkour Performance, She Hoops, Fil Am Nation Select, Kaba Hoops, Triple Thr3at, B-Ballers Hoops, HomeSkilled, Shoot 360, Garden Grove, Athlete Ally, Kobe Bryant’s Mamba League, Jr. NBA’s Her Time to Play, B-League, HERoes Basketball League, L.A. Sparks, L.A. Clippers, L.A. Lakers, Top Ballers OC and so much more!
