What better way to stay game ready than to hoop!

Our 26th All In Basketball Women’s League (AIBWL) Training Camp is in session next Saturday morning--on October 23rd, 2021 from 9AM-12NOON with trainer, and AIBWL founder, Coach Sheika-Ann Ambatali (@allinbball)! Coach Sheika’s training camp will focus on dynamic stretches, skills and drills for the 45 minutes and the last 2+ hours will include full court 5x5 runs with music!

This is a 3 hour indoor basketball workout. We’ll be taking the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. Masks or face coverings will be required at entrance/exit, but is not required on court. No spectators allowed. Each hooper will bring their own basketball. Signed waiver is required before hooping. We will only have 20 spots available. Ladies only and HS girls from 7th grade and up. All skills and levels welcome.

PLEASE NOTE things to bring:
- Basketball
- Face mask/Face covering
- Water
*All other equipment will be provided!
